Trial Session

One form entry per applicant. 

By participating in our online workout trial, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions:

• Assumption of Risk:

  • You understand that physical exercise, even when done remotely, involves inherent risks of injury or illness.

  • You voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation, including but not limited to muscle strains, sprains, heart issues, or other health-related complications.

• Medical Clearance:

  • You confirm that you have consulted with a qualified medical professional and have received medical clearance to participate in physical exercises, including online workouts.

  • It is your responsibility to inform the instructor of any pre-existing medical conditions, injuries, or limitations before the workout session.

• Release of Liability:

  • You hereby release and discharge Monavation/Mona and its instructors from any and all claims, liabilities, or demands for personal injury, illness, or property damage arising out of or in any way connected to your participation in the online workout trial.

  • This release includes, but is not limited to, claims of negligence, whether active or passive, and any other damages, costs, or expenses.

• Personal Accountability:

  • You agree to exercise at your own pace and within your own abilities during the online workout session.

  • You will follow the instructor's guidelines and modifications, if provided, and will not push beyond your comfort level or physical limitations.

• Technical Requirements:

  • You are responsible for ensuring that you have the necessary technical requirements, including internet connectivity and appropriate devices, to participate in the online workout trial.

  • Monavation/Mona is not responsible for any technical issues or interruptions during the session.

By proceeding with the online workout trial, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and accepted the terms and conditions outlined above. You agree to participate at your own risk and hold Monavation/Mona harmless from any liability.
