I joined Mona and her team in November 2020 and it has been the best thing for me both physically and mentally. As a PT/coach/mentor all in one she has been amazing both in and out of sessions. The classes start at your level and before you know it you are lifting heavier, doing more reps and building on yourself In Ways you didn’t think you could at the beginning. The motivation throughout classes and out of class is great, there’s never a chance of quitting and saying you ‘cannot’! The classes are so varied from one another, I don’t think I have ever done a repeat class in the last 6 months. The energy throughout keeps you going and before you know your 30/40 minutes are complete! The communication between myself and Mona has been great. It’s been very advantageous of having her available to answer questions, give you tips, meal prep advice, meal ideas and even to pick you up when your feeling low. 've had an ongoing battle with physical fitness and diet plans for years until I connected with Mona. She's motivated me to finally prioritize my health and commit to a great fitness routine and become much more conscious about my diet. I've been an extremely satisfied client for over a year now! Joining Monavation as a high schooler has helped me become not only stronger but also more disciplined and confident in my body's capabilities. It's an amazing feeling to workout for the sole purpose of wanting to feel good, and Alhamdulillah this past year I was able to do that with Coach Mona's zoom workout classes. She is a very dedicated and hard working coach and I am so grateful for having her right by my side on this journey! My goal is to workout in order to feel good, fulfilled, and stronger, but most of Coach Mona's clients are trying to lose a lot of weight. For that reason the overall attitude towards food can become restrictive. If you are (even borderline) struggling with an eating disorder or just intuitive eating, please be cautious when joining Monavation and clarify your goals with Coach Mona. I have been working with Coach Mona since September 2019 and I can honestly say she’s the best person to train you for a healthy life style.
